LumiSol’s group sessions offer guided somatic healing experiences through group yoga, sound baths, and seasonal gatherings designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
These sessions combine vibrational sound, gentle movement, breath, and stillness to support emotional regulation and nervous system recovery.

Practicing in a group setting allows you to experience deep rest while feeling connected, without pressure to perform or participate beyond what feels right for you.
Each group session is intentionally curated to help you slow down, release accumulated stress, and reconnect with your natural rhythm in a supportive, grounded space.
